Commission Keynote Lecture

For each of the ten commissions of URSI, we plan to have one Commission Keynote Lecture. These will be delivered by eminent scientists, who are Thought-leaders and visionaries from each scientific commission.  The Commission Keynotes Lectures will be delivered during the oral sessions of the respective Commissions and will be of 40 min duration.
